Terry Lee Evans (The Soul Man), Tommy Vickery (Will B. Dunn), David Haney (Wentwood Jackson, Jr.), Dave Harrington (Lil’ King Cropper) and Mark Denning (The Doctor) make up what is rapidly becoming one of the hottest soul bands in the country. Formed in February 1988 by some of Atlanta’s premiere musicians, TERRY LEE & THE G.T.’S was designed as an authentic 50’s and 60’s soul band, performing music by great Soul and R&B artists such as Sam And Dave, James Brown, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett and many others.
The band’s main purpose is to have fun and extend their enthusiasm to each audience; every song is high-energy, unique and most of all, danceable! The G.T.’s genuinely love performing and won’t be satisfied until the dance floor is packed.
In only two years, they have performed for every kind of event imaginable.
